Responsibilities
Supervises the leadership team and cast in the use of innovation, creative language, technology and product to bring stories to life for internal and external guests.
Leads and performs scripted and non‑scripted events for guests and cast members in one‑on‑one and group settings.
Performs the Sales Manager role by holding cast accountable for sharing knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the Disney brand with internal and external guests.
Inspires others to achieve results through a sense of purpose, spirit of cooperation and personal growth, especially while performing the Stage Manager role.
Plans and oversees product placement to ensure adherence to Stage Set guidelines, fits store architecture and contributes to the overall story being told.
Ensures that store is neat, clean, organized and all maintenance issues addressed in a timely manner.
Cultivates an inclusive environment of all cast members and talents.
Supports and participates in initiatives that give back to internal and external communities.
Adheres to all company directives to protect and preserve the environment.
Develops innovative ideas to enhance the environment.
Treats everyone with dignity and respect at all times.

Develops high performing cast through effective recruiting, hiring, retention and performance management.
Ensures cast engagement through role clarification, listening, questions and continual training.

Provides current, effective feedback and ideas to executives in various settings.
Requires first aid training in certain store locations per regulations.
Analyses and monitors sales results of product to determine action plans.
Maintains impeccable visual standards and cast accountability.
Monitors cast execution of merchandise flow to ensure efficiency.
Provides feedback and coaching to ensure brand standards.
Establishes guests as number one priority.
Makes sound business decisions that balance competing priorities.
Creates strategies that drive positive results in key KPIs.
Think strategically when evaluating trends, forecasting sales and managing payroll.
Controls expenses to positively impact store contribution.
Champions adherence to all SOPs and health and safety.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business priorities through time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
Strong business acumen.
Prior management experience in specialty retail preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Understanding and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines for manual handling and ladders.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
