What You'll Experience

Wealth Management Graduates
* Support client portfolio reviews and investment proposals.
* Assist with market research and financial analysis.
* Collaborate with advisors on client relationship management.
Human Resources Graduate
* Contribute to talent acquisition, HR administration, onboarding, and general HR operations.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
* Participate in projects focused on process improvement and compliance.
Research & Investments Graduate
* Conduct market and sector research to support investment decisions.
* Analyse data and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
* Assist in developing investment strategies and presentations.
Learning & Development
* On-the-job training and shadowing.
* Dedicated mentor and regular feedback sessions.
* Exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Introduction to the Financial Services world.
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Business, Economics, HR, or related fields.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with financial or HR systems is a plus.
* A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
* An eagerness to learn and a keen interest in the Financial Services world.
