Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Supervise and support staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
4. Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
6. Identify and address operational issues promptly.
7. Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
9. Fundraising and PR management – creativity and awareness to all cost centres.
10. Drive the business forward to the next level in its industry.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role.
3. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant business software.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
