Description
We are seeking both a
Senior Procurement Administrator/Buyer
to support our Procurement Department at our Kiltimagh office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Process materials requisitions.
Negotiate with material suppliers.
Raise purchase orders.
Log Goods Received Notes (GRNs) as they are received.
Process GRN`s on to COINS accounting system
Raise and close out any queries in relation to the GRN`s with Procurement Department/Site staff.
Generate and issue weekly reports for the procurement department and all sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with previous administration experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent typing skills and accuracy with data entry.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
