As an Area Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of your own office while leading and managing your sales team, with ongoing support from our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver effective training and coaching to your sales team, helping them achieve exceptional performance.
Sales Performance: Drive improvements in sales quality by setting high standards through daily sales training and providing strong leadership.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your field sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Goal Setting: Set clear goals, targets, and incentives to guide the success of your sales team.
Brand Ambassador: Represent and promote the companys brand, ensuring consistency and excellence in all customer interactions.
Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and hire top talent for your sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in coaching, managing, or leading teams
Passion for sales and a commitment to developing your team
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment
Strong work ethic with a focus on personal and professional growth
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
