Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in Dublin for a globally recognised luxury brand.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store and drive its success through:
* KPI Implementation & Achievement: Strategically implement and track key performance indicators to ensure the store meets and exceeds targets, while maximising profitability.
* Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative strategies, drive store initiatives, and elevate brand presence.
* Clienteling Excellence: Create an outstanding, tailored customer experience, building long-lasting relationships and loyalty.
* Team Development & Culture: Foster a positive, people-first environment by coaching and developing a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver excellence every day.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader within the luxury or premium retail sector.
* Demonstrated success in driving KPIs, delivering commercial results, and implementing strategies to maximise performance.
* Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a strong ability to build a motivated and engaged team.
* A client-centric mindset with expertise in creating personalised, memorable shopping experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to leverage strategic relationships and partnerships.
