You'll be mainly South Dublin based, with travel to client sites in Dublin, Portlaoise, Cork, Shannon, Wexford and Kildare.As an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our clients by resolving service desk tickets, providing technical escalation, and maintaining robust IT environments. You'll work across a wide range of technologies - from Microsoft 365 and VMware to AWS and Cisco - and contribute to both reactive support and proactive improvements.You'll be part of a collaborative, client-focused team that values innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional service.Your Day-to-DayProvide 1st to 2nd line support, assisting the service desk with ticket resolution and technical escalation.
