Key Responsibilities:

* Process sales orders and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations tailored to customer needs, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer behavior.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future engagement.
* Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer concerns or queries, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years' experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role (hardware industry experience an advantage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritising multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
* A team player with a proactive, customer-first mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.
* Confident using computers and sales/order entry systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
