Main Responsibilities
* Answering calls from guests, colleagues, and suppliers via email and telephone.
* Directing queries and completing administrative tasks.
The role is a casual evening position, working 5 days over 7.

What are we looking for in a Switchboard Operator?
* Previous experience in a similar role at a 5-star property is desirable.
* Proficiency in admin and PC skills, as the role involves guest outreach pre- and post-stay.
* Polite and professional attitude at all times.
* Excellent team player with enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons, and weekends.
