At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Project Director to join our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end management of multiple large-scale projects or programs.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure effective communication across teams.
* Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
* Allocate and manage project resources (internal and external).
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, clients, and team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Track KPIs and prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
* Mentor and support project managers and team leads.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our primary infrastructure markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
* Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
* In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
* APM affiliation is a benefit
