We are seeking a skilled and motivated Domestic Heat Pump Technician to join our team in the Munster region. This field-based role involves the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic heat pump systems, requiring strong technical expertise and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance on heat pump systems.
Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and effectively.
Carry out performance testing, adjustments, and system optimization.
Provide clear technical advice and feedback to customers regarding system operation.
Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed documentation.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards while on site.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration engineering (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining heat pumps or refrigeration systems.
F-Gas certification (highly desirable).
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel across the Munster region.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
