At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do
* Lead Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
* Provide support to other Surveyors on team in the delivery of services of team projects.
* Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduate Surveyors.
* Ensures projects and tasks are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
* Develop strong reciprocal relationships with consultants and members of the project team.
* Be an interface with AECOM clients and design team members on specific projects.
* Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs on allocated projects, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.
* Provide full Cost Management duties to AECOM clients on allocated projects.
* Participate in non-project related team activities and tasks; QA, office management, business development, H&S
* Sector experience: Infrastructure projects
Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our primary healthcare and commercial markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
* Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
* Professionally Qualified – On the Statutory Register of Quantity Surveyors in Ireland and preferably Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS or SCSI.
* Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilize digital measurement, cost planning, and tender document tools shall be essential.
