Our team includes over 100 sales representatives across various sectors including Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Renewables, and more. Our headquarters in Limerick houses over 70 support staff in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions.
We are now recruiting a Mobile Shop Assistant to work across our stores in Cork (Blackpool and Kinsale Rd) and occasionally other stores within a certain geographical radius. The role is suited for someone living in Cork, capable of traveling to stores on short notice, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Your Mission
As a shop assistant, you will provide knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service. You will focus on driving sales, promoting products, and delivering professional customer service as part of a team that values pride, teamwork, and fun.
Duties & Responsibilities
Building relationships through value-added selling.
Identifying sales opportunities and advising customers on our products.
Achieving sales and margin targets.
Maintaining a clean, well-merchandised shop.
Managing stock levels.
Making telesales calls.
Ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
Being security conscious.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
Experience in sales with ambition to succeed.
Must have a reliable car and full driving license.
Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude.
Willingness to work hard, learn, and adapt.
Great communication skills and enthusiasm for helping people.
Friendly, reliable, honest.
Flexibility to work across multiple stores within a radius.
Industry background in construction, tools, automotive, or retail is a plus but not essential.
