We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our client, a leading provider of smart, energy-efficient Indoor Air and Critical Air Solutions.
The successful candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and experience in the installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance of various Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems. This is a Permanent Position with a competitive package on offer for the successful candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, service, and maintain a wide range of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
* Determine the root cause of technical problems using proven problem-solving techniques.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
* Read, analyse, and interpret technical data and procedures.
* Present information effectively and respond to technical queries.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain good interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in the service and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including AHUs, chillers, and close control units.
* Trade-qualified Refrigeration Engineer with a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent certification.
* F-Gas certification is mandatory.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical issues.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine root causes of issues.
* Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.
* Availability to work out of hours as required and to cover a rostered "on call" rota.
* Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight as needed.
* Must hold a clean full driving license.
