IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and rock-solid service delivery to join our client's expanding team in Dublin West.
You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day IT service operations, building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head of IT Ops in delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle
* Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
* Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
* Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA, ISO), and audit support
* Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business
Requirements:
* 7+ years in IT Service Management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
* Strong understanding of ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
* Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
* A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
* Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
