Engineering Leader
This role involves overseeing the engineering function within a supply chain organization.
1. Create process developments for new products, embedding manufacturability requirements into design and ensuring smooth transition into production while meeting defined product-performance criteria.
2. Promote product lifecycle management through lead engineering innovation and process improvements across internal and external manufacturing sites; sustain core products by reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining component design integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree (BEng or equivalent) in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related technical discipline).
* An MBA or similar advanced qualification is preferred.
