ADMINISTRATOR / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – LIMERICK

We are currently seeking an Administrator / Document Controller to join our growing team in Limerick, supporting the administration and documentation side of our projects including the roles of PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) and Assigned Certifier roles on construction projects across Ireland.
Description and Details:
The successful candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic and a conscientious professional. They will be responsible for creating, maintaining, distributing, and filing all documentation and ensuring all administration work is completed in a timely manner.
The main duties will consist of:
* Coordinate and manage project documentation across all stages of the construction lifecycle
* Ensure accurate and timely distribution, filing, and archiving of all relevant documentation
* Assist in preparing preliminary Safety and Health Plans and project Safety Files
* Liaise with external stakeholders to gather and compile information required for construction projects
* Support internal teams with general administrative and office-based tasks
* Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a construction environment (e.g. contractor, site clerk) is a strong advantage
* Knowledge of PSDP role and Assigned Certifier roles under BCAR legislation is highly desirable
* Familiarity with document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex, or similar) is a distinct advantage
* Excellent administrative, organisational, and prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
