About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide extensive administrative support to our CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, email management, and data entry.
* Manage and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
* Make travel arrangements, book hotels, and manage itineraries.
* Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a support role for senior staff.
* A business degree or related qualification required.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Expert in Microsoft Office suite applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong administration background.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Discretionary and able to handle confidential matters.
