The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering top talent to meet hiring needs. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and consultative approach to recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
* Write and post job adverts to attract qualified applicants.
* Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.
* Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities.
* Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., placements, revenue, or client satisfaction).
* Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
