Position: CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2, St Louise’s Centre, Permanent Full‑time Contract (37.5 HPW). Salary: €62,078 – €78,443 LSI (subject to relevant public sector experience and pro‑rated for hours of work).
Essential Qualifications
NMBI Registration RNID desirable.
Management Qualification – recognised qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
Full Clean Driving licence and access to vehicle.
Proficiency in the English language.
Previous experience at CNM1 level or equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability.
Previous experience working with individuals with autism / mental health.
Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.
Detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
Highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and capacity to manage change.
Desirable Qualifications
Excellent leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative.
Demonstrated effective leadership and managerial skills, and capacity to manage change.
Experience of working with behaviours of concern and complex care needs, supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of high quality care to the people we support.
