Salary: € 62,078 - €78,443 LSI *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Management Qualification- Possess a Recognized Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
Full Clean Driving licensee and access to vehicle.
Proficiency in the English language.
Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability Have previous experience working with individuals with autism / mental health Can work effectively with families and the wider MDT Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
Desirable: Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change.
Have experience of working with behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality to the people we support.
