The Client Accounting Manager is a pivotal role within an accounting team, responsible for ensuring efficient and professional management. Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting, this position oversees various tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading an accounting team, including internal control processes.
* Main contact with stakeholders/clients on operational escalations and issues.
* Supporting Senior Accountants in new client onboarding.
* Fostering a high-performance team by focusing on development, work experiences, and accountability.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualification.
* 1-2 years' post-qualified experience in practice or Financial Services.
* Able to mentor and train Qualified Accountants.
* Strong communication skills.
