Assistant Store Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of plans and strategies.
* Maintain a target-driven approach to key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently striving for excellence.
* Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Prioritize excellent shop floor presentation, guaranteeing a consistent and impressive customer experience.
* Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* You hold a minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* You possess a minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* You have a full driving license, enabling flexibility in store operations.
* You have a passion for working in dynamic, varied environments, achieving targets, and meeting deadlines.
* You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* You are flexible and willing to work varying shift patterns.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is desirable but not essential if you demonstrate the right attitude.

* Your salary will start at €49,500 and rise to €58,500 after 3 years.
