**Title:** Office Manager, Facilities**Location:** Cork· General receptionist duties as needed.
· Collaborate with department heads to plan and implement workspace modifications as required.
(i.e. understand space requirements and create layouts that support optimal workflow.
· 4+ years of facilities experience· Knowledge of Irish safety and environmental regulations.
· Proven experience as a Facilities Specialist or in a similar role.
· Advantageous if this candidate has previous experience of site relocations, or has been involved in the preparing, planning and execution of an office relocation.
· Ability to interact internally and externally with outside vendors, service providers, and to maintain positive relationships.
· Experience with Domestic and International shipping (Fedex)· The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects, highly organized with analytical skills· A working knowledge of building systems and maintenance (HVAC, fire life safety, lighting, electrical, electric car charging stations etc.)· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
