They are now looking to appoint a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their team, based in either Dublin or Wexford on a hybrid model.
Your new role You will manage a portfolio of Personal Accident claims, supporting customers through the claims process with professionalism and empathy.
You'll proactively investigate liability and injury details, liaise with medical providers and solicitors, and progress claims to settlement in line with compliance standards and service expectations.
You will also contribute to internal quality reviews and support the business in delivering on its customer and regulatory commitments.
What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years' experience in Personal Injury or Personal Accident claims Experience working within an insurer, MGA, or TPA setting A working knowledge of CPC, MCC, and policy wording interpretation Progress toward CIP (or interest in pursuing it)
