The role of Financial Operations Controller will be responsible for the management of the financial and tax compliance processes across the business.ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage, lead, coach, mentor and train a finance teamImplement and manage the Finance StrategyLead and manage the Financial OperationsEnsure company is compliant with regulations and Tax compliance including PRSI, PAYE, VAT and Corporate Tax.Preparation of monthly/weekly reports - Providing meaningful management information and analysisOversee the monthly management accounts reporting processCoordinate and lead internal and external audit processes.Challenge performance across the business and drive for positive changeChampion continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.Support the Groups SLT in the coordination and presentation of the Company's overall financial forecasts, budgets and plans.RequirementsACA, ACCA, FCA or CPA Qualified with 5+ years PQEExperience leading the production of management accounts, budgets and cashflowsPrior experience in managing, training, coaching and mentoring a teamExcellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication and reporting skills.Proven record of building professional working relationships
