Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our client's Professional Services team. This role involves implementing software and hardware projects across Ireland, ensuring successful delivery in line with business and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement software and hardware projects, managing customer expectations throughout the process.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, delivering set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Configure and roll out new systems, installing hardware and software on-site as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer-facing roles, providing software or hardware product installations.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Irish driving license and access to own transport for travel throughout Ireland.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* CURRENTLY HOLDS A STAMP 4, EU OR IRISH PASSPORT.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with Oracle or SQL databases.
* Comfortable using both Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Familiarity with scripting languages, preferably Shell.
