WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a reliable team player to support our accounting teams in Munich and Luxembourg. As part of the team, based in Letterkenny, you will be responsible for the ongoing processing of service invoices for our PGIM Real Estate group companies located in Continental Europe. In the dynamic environment of our corporate group, we offer a secure position with flexible working hours and opportunities for training and development.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
* Independent review, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
* Initiate and monitor the invoice approval process
* Processing of payment transactions
* Account reconciliation and clarification
* Master data maintenance
* Dunning process management
* Travel expense claim audit
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Successfully completed commercial training
* Professional experience in accounts payable
* Confident use of the MS Office suite
* Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
* High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and accuracy
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong communication skills
* Basic in German preferable
