Our client is a European Wealth Manager providing investment services to both HNW clients as wel as institutions, across Europe. They now wish to hire a Senior Welth Manager to work with their operations in Ireland and help drive AUM.
The Role
You'll act as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families, family offices, pension funds and institutional clients. The position centres on delivering bespoke wealth management services to sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities
Win new business and expand relationships
Provide comprehensive financial advice across investments, banking, trust & estate planning, and wealth structuring
Understand market and sector trends, regulatory environment, and client-specific opportunities to inform strategy
Communicate value propositions clearly and negotiate mutually advantageous terms
Ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory frameworks
evelop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrable business development and client acquisition success
Deep knowledge of investment products, portfolio structuring, credit solutions, and trust/estate concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Graduate in business, economics or related discipline
Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and adaptability to regulatory and technological shifts
Substantial experience working with HNW, UHNW and family office clients
Understanding wider Irish, EU and UK tax or estate regimes
Experience with family governance and multi-generational wealth planning
