12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid (Cork)
Join an integration programme integrating an
existing on-prem CRM with a new SaaS CRM platform
used by the entire commercial team. This role focuses on
user engagement, change management, and adoption
, ensuring both systems work seamlessly together while non-technical sales users are supported through the transition. You'll own stakeholder coordination and drive adoption from day one.
What you'll do
* Lead user engagement and change management for sales teams
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Gather and align business requirements across teams
* Own the testing strategy and coordinate UAT
* Deliver training and support CRM adoption
* Ensure consistent usage of the CRM across the business
You bring
* Project Management experience and CRM rollout
* Strong stakeholder and people management skills
* Experience working with non-technical users
* Understanding of database and security concepts (no coding required)
* CRM experience beneficial
