Working as part of the Cruiserath finance team, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the accounting functional of a large Multinational Pharma Organisation.This is a broad & varied Finance role which will cover Project and Fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, analysis of key financial information and assisting with budget and forecasting. The successful candidate will support the Finance Director, Cruiserath Finance team with ongoing reporting requirements, work with local and global business partners and provide input to both internal and external audit.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesFixed Asset and Project Accounting/AnalysisHelp to develop a strong control environment and sure compliance with all BMS policies and legal requirementsProvide financial and analytical support to management team for on-going business requirements and projectsWork closely with team members and other teams across the business and respond to ad-hoc queries as required.Initiate, lead and manage process improvement projectsQualifications, Knowledge and Skills RequiredA qualified accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting/analysis and month end reportingAbility to work in a cross functional team in a complex, changing environment to deliver value-added resultsMust be able to communicate effectively within the team and with business partners and have an excellent attention to detailMaintain strict internal controls according to BMS policies and legal requirementsKnowledge of US GAAP as well as local accounting principlesStrong IT skills essential and SAP transactional knowledge desirableBMS is dedicated to ensuring that people with disabilities can excel through a transparent recruitment process, reasonable workplace accommodations/adjustments and ongoing support in their roles.
