Job Title: Trust and Safety SpecialistLocation: Dublin, IRLJob Type: Full-time contract, Until 08/31/2026Summary:• We're looking for an experienced Text Enforcement Specialist, focusing on Trust & Safety, to help ensure worldwide have a safe experience on Client. This includes leading text-enforcement focused content safety initiatives to identify potentially harmful situations, detect policy-violating content, and starting new processes to represent global needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with several teams, including trust & safety product and operations, policy, brand safety, localization, content & creators, engineering, and data science.Responsibilities:• Work closely with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve safety-related issues in our products and to promote Pinner well-being and safety with the expansion of product features to global markets.• Effectively plan and lead content safety projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution.• Act as a global escalation point of contact and respond to emergency content safety-related cases.• Coordinate with the Enforcement Operations team to localize sensitive terms.• Collaborate on the optimization of internal tools to increase efficiency and minimize violative content on platform.• Track progress on projects led by the trust & safety and policy teams.• Gather insights from the day-to-day operations of the trust & safety team to contribute to the development of new and the improvement of existing initiatives.• Ensure the team is up-to-date on all policy, process and product changes.• Track metrics and dashboards that help measure and improve content safety globally.• Disclaimer: You may need to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content including but not limited to vulgar language, hate speech, violence, and other graphic content.Skills:• 3-5+ years of experience managing projects related to trust & safety product changes / operations.• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management or product management.• Ability to quickly identify problems, analyze them, and leverage data to provide recommendations and solutions.• Experience working closely with engineers, product teams, operation teams, policy teams and global partners across different time zones and cultures.• Ability to operate effectively and autonomously in time critical ambiguous situations with minimum guidance.• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and to build credibility and trust with stakeholders.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals.• Experience reading, understanding and implementing content policies.• Experience working in/with localization teams is a plus.• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.• Active Client user with a strong interest in our product.• Passionate about high quality and safety
