We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a Pharmaceutical organisation based in Tipperary. This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are addressing some of the world's most challenging healthcare needs.
Duties:
1. Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
2. Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
3. Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
4. Support of FAT's, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
5. Develop SOP's and WI for facility
6. Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
7. Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
8. Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)
Education and Experience:
9. Ideally candidates should have a strong emphasis on maintenance strategy in a GMP/GDP background and a degree in mechanical engineering.
10. Minimum of 3-8 years' experience with experience of working in a project environment.
