Job purpose Responsible for managing supply and flow of FMCG from warehouses to 90+ locations.
Fast paced environment requiring timely management of order processing, warehouse and supplier management aiming to optimize costs and efficiency. This is a hybrid role based in South Dublin. Job Requirements Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain management specialisation preferable Previous experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Technical proficiency: advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to research and learn new technology as required Skills Analytical skills: strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Communication: good written and verbal communication skills Problem solving: can-do attitude focusing on identifying solutions to problems Competencies Attention to detail with a structured and organised approach Initiative: ability to work independently and manage an individual workload Adaptability: flexible under pressure while maintaining a calm approach Strategic thinking with a forward-looking mindset Tolerance for fast pace, change, and ambiguity Collaboration: capable of interacting well with others while also working independently Focus: ability to remain effective in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities Supplier Management: Follow process standards for supplier network within the supply chain to ensure timely order fulfilment, which includes Ensure standard in demand forecasting Manage daily operations of ambient CDCs as well as order processes from suppliers and manufacturers Ensure 3 PLs SOPs are adhered to and in case of any escalations in the SC supplier network Logistic Partner Management is involved Coordinate stock takes and audits Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement and supplier to understand supplier possibilities and expectations Solution solving with Ri M and customer focus (i.e.
for overstock)Review invoicing processes and check in case of quantity discrepancies Reporting on supplier delivery issues to maintain supplier SLA's Order Fulfilment: Ensure efficient ordering, logistics and inventory levels are maintained Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or cancellations in a timely manner Ensure order fulfilment is within agreed KPI's Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor supplier and customer reporting's (i.e.
based on KPIs)Coordinate stock takes and audits Evaluation of reports for own area of responsibility and identification of business risks Analyse forecasts and react to changes where necessary Internal reporting on warehouse stock management Analyse 3 PL reporting Monthly stock reconciliation reporting Warehouse management Point of contact for customs topics Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to coordinate deliveries Monitor stock reporting from warehouses Ensure warehouses are following agreed processes i.e.
stock rotation etc.
