Financial Operations Leadership Role
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective financial management. Your expertise in financial operations and compliance will enable the organization to optimize its financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a finance team to achieve excellence in financial operations, implementing efficient processes and systems that enhance productivity and quality.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive finance strategy that drives business success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and tax compliance, including PRSI, PAYE, VAT, and Corporate Tax, mitigating potential risks and penalties.
* Prepare and present timely, accurate, and insightful monthly/weekly reports providing meaningful management information and analysis.
* Oversee the monthly management accounts reporting process and coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
* Champion continuous improvement of finance processes and systems, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Support the Group Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the coordination and presentation of the Company's overall financial forecasts, budgets, and plans.
Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, FCA, or CPA qualified with 5+ years PQE experience, demonstrating a proven track record of leading the production of management accounts, budgets, and cash flows.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing, training, coaching, and mentoring a team, promoting development and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and convey complex financial information effectively.
