Responsibilities
* Providing Tier 2 support for secure devices used by technicians in the production space.
* Managing, ordering, configuring, and deploying secured devices and storage to new sites.
* Managing inventory of devices for use by Metro staff.
* Managing and maintaining digital signage systems across Metro.
* Providing general IT support, including but not limited to laptops/desktops, device resets, 2FA, network printers, label and rack printers, network issues, and desk patching.
* Managing, maintaining, and replenishing stock levels of preapproved items for campus staff.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting issues with conference rooms.
* Providing support at live events.
* Maintaining Blanco devices.
* Building strong working relationships within the data center and corporate teams.
* Ensuring SAW devices are in a healthy state and meet security compliance standards.
* Handling confidential BIOS setting changes.
* Managing SAW inventory, including ordering, receiving, assigning, re-assigning, and decommissioning devices.
* Guiding users on common SAW repair issues and escalating when necessary.
* Performing Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for damaged SAWs within 30 days of receipt.
* Providing Senior Data Center Technician-level support, including power cycling, hardware troubleshooting, storage media handling, and cable installations.
* Supporting deployment of on-site data center infrastructure, including servers, NetDevices, SANs, and Windows Server OS support.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in Tier 2/3 IT support with strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with safety programs and policies.
* Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical college degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
* Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Network certifications.
* Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment.
* Valid driver's license for standard vehicles within the local jurisdiction.
