Job Opportunity: Commercial Analytics Manager
You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and business intelligence to our key product lines and customer segments, driving commercial and business outcomes through data-driven analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed analysis and understanding of customers' needs and interests across different customer segments and products.
* Be accountable for providing insight into the performance of the Consumer area's activity and identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
* Analyze customer group metrics and offer strategic recommendations on value, customer experience (NPS and CES), and customer retention rates.
* Drive enhanced business outcomes by translating insights into actions and following through to ensure change is delivered and measured.
* Set the standard for high-quality and impactful output across the team.
* Mentor junior analysts, ensuring technical and non-technical training needs are identified and addressed.
About You:
* Previous analytics experience working in Analytics/Data Science, ideally as a senior analyst or analytics manager.
* Strong partner management skills and a proven track record of inspiring change through data and analytics.
* Experience in Customer Analytics working in a commercial, marketing or trading performance role.
* A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value from analytics.
