About the Role
This role involves working closely with our conveyancer to prepare and manage legal documents related to property sales and purchases. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, scheduling appointments, and maintaining diaries.
You will also be conducting Land Registry and local authority searches, filing management, data entry, and general office duties. As a key member of our team, you will provide support with correspondence and file tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage legal documents related to property sales and purchases

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience in a legal secretary position. You should be highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality.
