The job will require to travel to various sites in the Dublin and greater Leinster area, The role will require the candidate to have.
* Qualification in Construction/Engineering/Architecture/Sustainability
* Proficient in Cad, word and excel
* Good knowledge of Part L and Part F of the Building regulations
* Have completed and successfully passed the BER assessor training course
* Survey and gather technical information on site
* Carry out calculations in accordance with DEAP procedure
* Generate BER certs and Advisory reports
* Complete heat pump technical assessments
* Carry out home energy audits
* Be a client focused and competent at time management
While the list of skills and competencies given are required training will be provided where required.
