**Sales and Relationship Coordinator Role**
As a key member of our homebuilding team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to coordinate sales closing paperwork and build strong relationships with buyers, site teams, and contractors will ensure timely completion of works.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate sales closing paperwork with internal teams (BCAR, site, architects, engineers) and external solicitors.
* Liaise with purchasers regarding contracts, snagging, sale closings, and day-to-day queries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, site teams, and contractors to ensure timely completion of works.
* Collaborate with Agents to manage CRM updates and handle general inquiries.
* Support the Aftercare Team with key handovers and other closing-related tasks.
* Manage shared inboxes and multiple requests while keeping CRM systems up to date.
* Attend site visits and daily meetings/calls as required; take minutes and provide administrative support.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Create and receipt purchase orders (POs) as needed.
* Generate and circulate CRM reports for the wider team.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
* Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Flexibility in a team environment and a willingness to take on extra work as required.
* You may be required to visit site or work outside normal hours on occasion.
* Fluent English and strong written & oral communication skills.
* Full driver's license and full-time access to car is essential.
