The Job Role:
* Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to ensure high standards.
* Ensure your shift team has current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, special offers, VIP, and special events.
* Inform your team of any special events or VIP guests scheduled for the day.
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
* Maximize sales through up-selling and marketing programs.
* Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
* Maintain a professional and hospitable appearance of the Front Desk.
The ideal candidate should be:
* Someone with previous experience in a luxury property and hotel experience.
* Motivated to create memorable experiences for every guest.
* Possessing a luxury mindset — anticipating guest needs and personalizing their experience.
