Job Description
1. Create accurate and readable engineering drawings (Auto Cad type) in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
2. Produce Process and Instrumentation Drawings (Process Flow Schematics), Plant Room Layout Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings for engineered skids, Design Documents/Turnover: Generate schedules for procured Equipment, Valves, and instruments for each project. Assist service department on generation of Spares and consumables schedules for each project. Collate all Water Treatment System O&M Documentation/Certification presentable files prepare necessary copies client directed ensure copy available accessible house Ensure traceability Water Treatment System Documentation Certification provided suppliers contractors equipment supplied Prepare hand-over pack Service Department system commissioning engineer Transfer documentation central archive post-project execution Produce validation documentation as directed comprehensively test system supplied Installation Qualification protocols Commissioning Sheets Operation Qualification protocols according contract programme required terms conditions.
