About The Role
To provide for the care of each resident as per the care plans laid out by the residents Primary Nurse.
To adhere to all company policies in the best interest of residents and staff.
To attend all compulsory training.
as organised by Evergreen Care.
To assist the nursing staff in their role ensuring to agree to do only those tasks that the Carer is competent and confident in carrying out.
To report all changes in the condition or mental state of all residents to the nurse on duty, and to carry out her instructions accordingly.
To participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge process of residents, under the instruction and supervision of the nurse on duty, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
To be involved in the activities function of the nursing home, ensuring all residents enjoy activities of their choice without undue pressure to participate.
