Car Sales Executive

Key Requirements
* Full, clean drivers licence (essential).
* Previous sales experience (motor industry experience is an advantage).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Commercially minded with a customer-first focus.
Role Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries.
* Assist customers in selecting their new vehicles.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process.
* Liaise with customers from initial enquiry to final handover.
* Prepare and present sold vehicles to showroom standards.
* Maintain high standards in the showroom and display areas.
* Work to defined sales targets and deadlines.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of all Nissan & KIA products, features, and accessories.
* Collect accurate customer and vehicle data to enhance our CRM system.
