Job Summary
At AMCS, we are at a transformational point in marketing and are looking for a GTM leader to elevate our EMEA-based Marketing team. The Head of Marketing, EMEA will be a visionary, hands-on, results-oriented leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth and execution of marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role will inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive value across the end-to-end buyer’s journey, build long-term brand affinity, generate net new revenue, accelerate customer acquisition and retention, and achieve overall business growth goals.
The ideal candidate is a transformative leader with a proven track record of building predictable and repeatable processes to generate quality pipeline and scale B2B marketing efforts in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, a track record of nurturing high-performing teams, championing marketing innovation, driving impactful outcomes, and scaling pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EMEA, aligned with AMCS’s overall business objectives.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; use insights to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive acquisition through digital marketing, content, social media, ABM, partnerships, and events; develop retention strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
Performance Analysis and Budget Management: Measure performance against KPIs, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and manage the growth marketing budget to achieve goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, with strong B2B growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or integrated marketing in SaaS.
Deep understanding of GTM and sales processes, strategies, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong experience with marketing technology operations, including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM, and omni-channel marketing.
Hands-on leadership balancing strategy and analytics with operational execution.
