About You
Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE, ideally in medium or large practice
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Top‑tier interpersonal and communication skills
Natural influencer and relationship builder
Ability to mentor, guide, and develop staff
Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
Confident in delivering under pressure and to deadlines
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with modern audit platforms
Your Role
Always
Own and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring technical excellence and consistent methodology
Maintain high standards of audit quality across all engagements
Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Partners and clients
Lead audit planning, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance

Mentor, train, and develop junior staff within the audit team
Collaborate with advisory, tax, and financial advisory colleagues on client projects
Support strategic business planning and technical accounting initiatives for clients
Monitor departmental resources and utilisation to achieve client service and firm targets

Work on advisory projects including acquisitions, accounting framework transitions, or business restructures
Support audits for complex or high‑profile clients
Contribute to firm‑wide initiatives, process improvements, or special projects
