Role Overview:
We are a pioneering organization with operations in Dublin, SNN4, that operates 24/7 to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This exciting role will allow you to be creative in bringing your ideas and initiatives to life, working closely with our Operations teams and driving communication within the Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities:
* Develop employee engagement events for associates, including competitions, celebrations, and incentives.
* Manage internal communication channels across the Fulfillment Center.
* Serve as the site Charity Champion in the community.
* Coordinate recognition programs onsite for associates.
* Oversee the overall direction and coordination of the leadership team's travel and administration.
* Welcome and coordinate visitors on behalf of the General Manager and leadership team.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience in key responsibilities such as event planning and communication management.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
A typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and flexibility outside normal working hours.
