Job Opportunity:
An industry-leading financial services company, based in Limerick, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Tax Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of extension.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience and work alongside a Tax Analyst as part of the Custody Tax Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Team Leader and senior team members with assigned tasks.
* Manage, process, scan, record, distribute, and file large volumes of daily documentation.
* Prepare tax breakdowns and WHT reclaims.
* Evaluate and address issues promptly as necessary.
* Collaborate with relevant contacts to provide exceptional service and escalate when required.
* Ensure awareness and adherence to service level agreements.
* Support the team in exceeding client expectations and requirements.
* Nurture strong relationships within and across teams, offering assistance when needed.
* Review and identify opportunities for process automation or workflow improvements.
Requirements:
* Hold a Business/Tax or similar 3rd-level qualification.
* Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Exhibit strong client servicing capabilities and effective communication skills.
* Show resilience in high-pressure situations and adaptability.
* Display accuracy and attention to detail.
* Possess numerical competence, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
* Have good core IT skills – Excel, MS Office, Word, etc.
