As we continue to build our talented kitchen team for 2025, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join us.
Job Summary:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and ambitious kitchen in a dynamic, food-focused hospitality group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
* Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section at all times
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
* Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a similar role
* Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Valid work authorisation for Ireland
* Own transport is beneficial due to rural location
