Electrical Site Supervisor Job
This job opportunity is for an Electrical Site Supervisor to work in the South Region of Ireland. As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising directly employed electricians and technicians, as well as sub-contractors from all disciplines.
The ideal candidate should have experience in installation of control panels, back-up generators, UPS, power factor correction, VSD's and associated cabling & containment. They must also be able to commission equipment, particularly MCC's, VSD's and instrumentation. A strong technical capability with attention to detail in reading drawings, templates, schematics, P&ID's and other drawings is essential.
Your role will involve arranging sub-contractors, implementing site health and safety rules, policies and procedures, and liaising with project managers and engineers. You will be required to maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that installations are carried out to a professional standard and meet the client's stringent safety standards.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. They will also be willing to travel within Ireland where necessary, and hold a full clean driver's license.
