About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering enterprise-scale applications. This role requires strong backend expertise, experience working within structured development environments, and the ability to contribute to large, production-grade systems.
Key Requirements
4–5+ years of commercial Python development experience, ideally within enterprise or large-scale environments (not solely small, single-developer projects).
Strong experience building full-scale web applications using at least one major Python framework such as:
Django
FastAPI
Flask
Experience working on production-grade backend systems, not limited to analytics scripts, ML models, or support tooling.
Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) including hands‑on experience using ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or equivalent.
Exposure to microservices architecture and containerised environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Exposure to Graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph).
Frontend development experience using TypeScript and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience within data-focused environments, including exposure to data lineage concepts.
